Brief: Little Mexico approached me with a request for a menu update, but upon our initial consultation, it became evident that their core problem was a more significant marketing challenge. The business was experiencing financial losses and a decline in its customer base. I recommended a comprehensive revitalization of Little Mexico, encompassing a fresh logo, an updated menu, the implementation of a robust marketing strategy, the creation of a mission statement, and the addition of a mobile ordering system to cater to the growing trend of online ordering. Our overarching objectives were to boost sales, raise brand awareness, and establish a cohesive brand identity across all customer interactions.
